I just finished a series of repairs on my 02 WRX (rack/pinion, p/s pump, timing belt, water pump, new battery). I finished on Friday and started the car. It ran a little rough but seemed to work correctly other than a weak battery. It ran great all day Saturday (drove about 50 miles). Picked up a new battery and installed it on Sunday. Tested the battery and the car started immediately. An hour later I started the car and started backing out of the garage. Ten feet later the engine started shaking and then died. The fuel pump primes when the key is turned, the engine will turn over but absolutely no ignition or any hint of starting. I have no idea what to do next. I'm fairly certain that fuel is getting to the cylinders and the spark plugs are only 20k miles old. I would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks.
