Yeah...that's a mod. That'd make it at least Stage 2, which absolutely requires proper tuning to run. And you have no way to see if the car was tuned or not...

Selling a car with catless exhaust is technically illegal...you could give the dealership a load of crap for that.

I gotta ask..... did the dealer give you a complimentary 'fill-up' when you bought the car while you did the paperwork????

Or.... did you put gas in and if so what kind? Who filled the tank last?

I'm sorry to hear about this brother.

I agree to take it back and get your money back. Also look into lemon laws in your state. Also contact the better business bureau.

I also agree with mikie that selling a car without the correct emissions components intact is against federal law. They can be in a lot of trouble for doing that. In my state you are required to show proof of emissions with sale of a used car. Check into that as well.

Wow. And this is the reason I vow never to purchase a used "performance car" ever again.

A quick Google search shows that there is no Lemon Law in PA for used cars. However, this website might help the OP:

Philadelphia Lemon Law Firm | 1-800-MY-LEMON

If I were the OP, I'd contact a lawyer. If you hire someone to represent you, which will probably cost you ~$400, they can write a legal letter to the dealership. Usually the threat of legal action is enough to get them to cooperate with you.
