Yeah, no. You won't be seeing 300whp on a Stage 3 OTS tune

VF39 on a 2L OTS map should see about 240-250whp.

mmmm...i bought it from my friend after coming back from deployment. before that deployment came, he owned the car for about 6 months I believe (I'm the third Owner) I got the car at 54,000 miles....while we were deployed the car sat and his wife crank the engine every so often warming allowing the fluids to circulate. When I got it there was no issues with the car just until recently....I've owned the car since 2009.

Bought this car from my friend last 2009, he owned the car for about 6 month I believe, then we got deployed to Iraq for 1 year. While on deployment his wife crank the engine every so often for the good of the car. I purchase this car from my friends with only 54,000 miles.

But this issue/issues are current though, never really had this problem when I purchased it in 2009 other than the stock clutch disc burning out (Thats why I replace it with stage 3).

The suggestions to try to figure out whats causing this problem would be much better knowing...

So some reason, the 20-30 Mph at 2000 rpm does sound right....something is telling me to not do it or it could actually ruin something that's not. Oh, that hesitation can't be the clutch going out because if it was the clutch then i means its slipping and when its slipping it mean RPM goes up; this is not the case, when I step on the gas I experience a lag like theres no gas then a sudden jolt feeling, experience turbo kicking in. RMP gauge needle smoothly goes up.

I'm looking into that. Is there any good filter you recommend?
