    Headlight still won't work

So i replaced my HID H1 lowbeam headlight because it was out. Checked to see if it was working and it still wasn't. I re-did the install and it still didn't work. Even though the fuse wasn't blown, I still replaced it with no luck. I have a replacement ballast on the way and if that doesn't work, I'm pretty screwed. Unless you guys had similar experiences/suggestions.

it's more then likely the ballast. its your amplifier
either that or the polarity was changed and in that case just swap the connectors around
