No. Disconnecting the negative terminal will make no changes. No need to reset the radio like on Hondas.

Newbish question here but when I searched I mostly found things about tunes. I am planning on popping of my a pillar this weekend to try and fix a rattle that has been driving me mad. I disconnected the battery in all of my previous cars when I did this because I never wanted to risk setting off the airbag. On my Hondas this would reset the radio and I would need a code. From what I've read the only real thing affected is the learned behavior from the ECU being reset. If I disconnect the battery is there anything else I need to worry about? Car is still stock
