    Chassis ground disconnected

So, I noticed this little wire here dangling while underneath and changing my oil. I can't for the life of me figure out where it's supposed to connect from this bolt. Under the intercooler, it was hanging right over the transmission, but I can't locate the crimp washer it broke off. Anyone know? Thanks!

It just goes to the block/pitch stop mount.

Is that the one located directly under the intercooler? If so, I'm assuming that's of no concern then, since there's about 40 other ground points?
