    Lack of cats is not the issue. This is why I personally don't buy modded cars unless I know what I am getting into. What's up with the wires in the first pic? Looks like they run from under the inter cooler to the front of the engine.

    Those wires are just for the coolant temp guage, nothing to worry about really.
