Help with weather stripping clip please...

The weather stripping on the front passenger door of my 06 WRX (at the bottom of the window, running horizontal between the door and window to keep rain/dirt etc. out) is coming off towards the back. I located the broken clip and ordered a new one, but it doesnt look like the broken one.. The oem one is a simple clip held on with a screw and the replacement i ordered looks like this...

I am not sure how this goes on (if it is even the right piece), has anyone had any experience with this that can help me out??
