Under the drivers seat of an 08 WRX Hatch

Alright, so I have the dreaded TPMS light on my dash and I was going to unplug the monitor that I was told is under the drivers seat. I dug under and cannot find it anywhere(Issue #1) If anyone knows where it is and what it looks like, please help. I also noticed that there are two little flaps of carpet that flip up to expose 2 threaded studs. What is this for?(Issue#2)

Why do you want to unplug the monitor?

I was hoping it would shut the TPMS light off and just register that theres no system but it didnt work. Any idea what the threaded studs under the drivers seat is for?

Right, I was going to tell you next that if you unplug it, then the light will just be on anyways to indicate a TPMS system error.

Why is the light on in the first place?

Yea I realized that after I ripped my trunk apart. Its on because I have two bad sensors, the previous owner screwed something up and I dont want to spend almost 300 dollars at Subaru to figure out which two are bad and replace them.
