When I had my iPhone4, bluetooth would automatically connect. With the iPhone5, I have to always manually make it connect. It's paired but I have to go into my 5 and actually make it connect. Sometimes even when I try to make it connect, it won't and I have to try a couple of times.
Is there a way where I can make the 5 connect automatically?
Thanks in advance.

I can't figure out how to pair via steering controls... I did however delete everything on the phone and on the radio. Still have to manually connect, no auto connect. I also turned the car off and the phone off prior to pairing again.

never had that issue. although people on the other end of my calls always tell me it sound like im in a tunnel talking on my phone from 5 feet away. apparently the stock bluetooth setup isnt the best quality. and my iphone-5 when bluetooth streaming music it cuts in and out repeatedly. its pretty annoying actually to have a bluetooth car with calls and audio that i cant even use
Got to work... I was able to figure out how to connect through the steering wheel during lunch. Thank u for all the help.
true, but I would rather drive than chit chat on the phone
I'm not familiar with the iphone but my pandora thru BT (droid bionic) works fine for me. I would try deleting all
the paired items associated with the car and phone and pairing again.

Mine pairs fine but every time I start the car it automatically has music start on my iphone5. It doesnt play through the car unless i go to that setting, its just annoying unlocking my phone and it looking like music is playing even if it isn't. Any ideas?
