    Torn Weatherstripping

    Hi,

I just got my 2013 a few weeks ago. I managed to tear a little piece off of the top of the weatherstripping, on the drivers door. It's the one affixed to the body. It still works, but there just a 2 inch tear in the top of it. I guess my big ass jacket ripped it when I was getting in.

Has anyone got any tips on fixing it? Or do I have to replace it completely? The part is 100$, and it doesn't look like an easy job.

Are you talking about the weatherstripping on the door jamb? Its quite easy to install. Look around NASIOC. Maybe you'll find one from a part out.

$95 dollars for the gasket. $50 for the dealer to put in the new one. Way less than I was expecting.
