    Newbie to Forum

Howdy everyone, Newbie here. I JUST purchased a 2007 WRX Limited Wagon and it has some motor issues.

The owner really doesn't know what's wrong (hope it's true), but only what the dealer told him..

So, what should I do next? I know I should wait till I get the car tomorrow, and see what's really up with this ride..

I want to keep it for the family and have a fun stock car.

Thanks Brent! Hope to join some events soon!

It has low to no compression in cylinder #4. Either it's burnt/bad valves, or the piston is toast. Either way, you have quite a bit of work ahead of you as you'll need to tear down the engine to confirm and fix what the problem is. Don't know why anyone would think compression would return after replacing a bad injector, but whatevs.

    Welcome to the forum.

What Cody said. There will likely be many thousands of $ involved in fixing the issues described.
