Is there a exhaust condensation weep hole under the downpipe to turbo seal erea? I've been checking for a phantom coolant leak but this was definitely water. Slooooly dripping onto the frame from under the turbo. Definitely water. Weird. Ideas?

The A/C exit line is on the firewall and exits below the turbo area also. If you are using the defroster on the windscreen, the A/C will be on constitutively.
