Ok i bought an 02 wrx about a month ago from a local dealer. Shortly after the cel came on with an evap code so i called the dealer and he basically blew me off. Two days later it started leaking coolant from the water pump. So i got him to fix the water pump and he also did the timing belt and pulleys. So i picked it up today got about half way home and the cel came back on. Then the turbo started to spit and sputter a bit now the cel is out but the turbo doesn't kick in at all. Any ideas?
