I have a 2002 WRX, and I've messed with some of the wiring under the dash with switches and gauges.
I noticed that my tail lights are out, as well as my license plate light. My brake lights, blinkers, and reverse lights all work fine. I got out the service manual and looked around page WI-18. It says that FB fuse 5 powers FB-7, which is the tail lights and license plate light. I checked that with a multimeter and it is fine. With the headlights on and the car running, I measured the voltage on each side of the fuse holder and they were both about 0V. So I wanted to look upstream of the fuse, but the wiring diagram doesn't make sense. It says it gets power from FB-3, but I don't see an FB-3 anywhere else in the manual. Can someone take a look at the manual and let me know what you think I should be looking at, or what I should check next.
