Where is the blower motor resister

I have to replace the blower motor resistor on my 2009 Legacy. I have read I need to remove the glove box to get to the resistor. Is it going to be glaringly obvious where it is or is it going to be tucked away somewhere?

    That's a good question...resistor or fuse?

This is an Impreza site though, so I imagine not many of will know unfortunately

Perhaps a quick pop on over to the LGT forum may help?

I found it. I removed the glove compartment and found it underneath the glove compartment looking up towards the roof back towards the firewall. Had to lay on the floor to get it out. (resistor by the way) its fixed and working.
