What's this sound? (Video)

Hey guys, I have a 2012 WRX Limited. It has a Cobb Intake, DP, AP (Stage 2). The car is making great power however, when gradually accelerating and entering higher boost levels I hear this sound... It sounds like when you let air out of a balloon once its filled by its mouth. (weird flutter type noise) I've searched the forums and most common problem is the TB to IC hose. I've removed the OEM clips and used T-Bolts and still have the same sound. Any advice?

Mine does this as well with the stage two everything you have. I think it's normal. I've checked everything it could possibly be. But i would like to know if it is in fact the intake whistling.
