    Ok so, even tho I thought the two were unrelated issues. I guess the first shop was wrong. Dealer ship told me that it was the vehicle speed sensor on the transmission, not the one on the drive side wheel. I guess that one can cause issues like I was having. I think from now on ill just take it to the dealer ship and have it done right the first time.

    That makes sense. The clip is not hard to reach but it's easy to forget or to think it's in all the way when it's not.
