Car hesitates under full throttle please help!!!!!!

hello im new to the forums so please bare with me. i own a 2002 subaru wrx stock the car runs fine on straight lines under full throttle, but when i come out of the apex of a hard turn under full throttle the car hesitates, jerking back and forth, wit full boost pressure for a few seconds then goes back to normal. i just replaced both o2 senors and the MASF sensor thinking it wasnt getting the proper readings and it still does it. i've been doing some reading and some say it might be the fuel pump going out or leaking hoses. i checked all my hoses and from what i can see they appear to be fine. the car runs and drives fine under normal conditions but twisty mountain roads i have to baby it. no check engine lights have came on so im really not sure wat to do except for taking it to a trusted machanic. Like i said im new to the forums so please bare with me if any of you gurus could please point me into the right direction i would greatly appreciate it! i know im prob leaving out some info that might help but like i said im not really sure wats going on so please ask me any questions.

Find a safe road that will replicate the issue without risking anything. Have the mechanic hook up a real time reader via OBD II and replicate the problem as (s)he rides along collecting data. A fuel problem should become evident to the mechanic then.
