and if you don't have a CEL visible plus if all sensors report "ready" it seems you will be able to pass. However if the tampering is evident, you have a CEL, or a sensor does not report ready then I would expect to fail.
Generally no intake.Also what is the complete list for stage 2? I've heard exhaust, intake, accessport, and up pipe.
Check the manual for the spark plug specifications, they give a model for NGK for example; also check for oil specs and use something that meets those specs and has generated good used oil analysis data. See the oil change thread here or Bob is the Oil Guy (the entire web site) for more info. I use any synthetic 5W-40 or 0W-40 in mine (Shell, Mobil1) but that's not really informative for you; data would be.What are the best spark plugs, and oil for these cars I'm trying to do a complete tune-up.
