HELP! Tail Light Stuck On 2002 WRX Wagon

Arrived home on this very hot evening and noticed the tail lights are stuck on. I pulled the fuse to keep from draining the battery. Any ideas? I am thinking it is the tail light relay is stuck on.

Where is this relay? I have pulled the interior fuse box cover and see relays on the side. Is it one of these? Thanks for any help or ideas.....

Check the switch on the middle top of the steering column. Replace everything you may have removed if so. See owners manual.

No prob, very common. Recommend reading owners manual cover to cover; has saved me, not cost me time in long run.
