Okay so a buddy of mine has a 02 WRX and it has an oil leak. We got under the hood this week and fixed what we thought was the problem. The leak had stopped for the most part but then started leaking further back in the engine (not as bad as the first leak). Another friend of ours that has a STi suggested that it might be behind the flywheel where the oil separator plate is.

To make this shorter and without seeing the leak obviously any suggestions on where the leak might be? And if it is the oil separator plate, is it a pain to fix?
