Soft stock bushings. TiC sells a kit to replace all four shifter bushing sets

If my probleme is only front to rear play, wich bushing I need ? side to side is fine.

Unlikely. Just replace both. You'll have to remove the crossmembers underneath the car anyway, and it's much easier to just do it all at once. Once the bushings are replaced, see what you think, and then look at a short throw shifter like Cobb's adjustable shifter, or Kartboy's fixed throw shifter.
