parking lights wont turn off

hi my parking lights wont turn off i own a 2000 model wrx
i pulled out the lighting bulb in mean time but i have no idea on how to fix can anyone help me out
on this

i'm not sure how the non-USDM models are but check on top of your steering wheel. here in the USA we have a little button that can accidentally get switched on and it causes the parking lights to stay on at all times.
