    Unhappy Help!

In desperate need of any help! I own a 2002 Impreza wagon 2.5TS, automatic with 120,000kms. Recently I have been having major problems with the car not starting at all when the weather starts getting below -30degreesC. 1 month ago when I first started having problems I figured maybe it was the battery (I was driving the car after it had troubled starting so I got a boost and of my way home from work the radio, clock, everything in the dash and all the lights stopped working but the car was still driving good) so I bought a brand new one and had it installed. Then about 1 week after the car started having problems once again. So I took the battery back and they checked it, turned out it was a dud so I got another new one installed. I also want to mention that I do not have a block heater. Then the car worked good again for about 3 weeks or so. Then the weather dropped again below -30 and the car is having problems again. I have a full tank of gas(regular 87 octane) with a bottle of gas line anti freeze. I have got the car to start twice today but it only runs for about 2 minutes or so then slowly shuts off. The At Oil Temp lights starts flashing as well as the Check Engine Light. I want to get the diagnostics test done but the car wont start to allow me to drive to the store for that to happen. Anyways any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    THANKS!
    -kirsten

You said you got it to start twice. Did you have to jump it those time to start? Did you have the alternator tested? I could be wrong , but if the alt is shot and the battery isnt holding power the car will shut off and will not start causing you to have to jump it. Maybe someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Hey Irvin, No I did'nt have to. The battery seems to hold a charge well enough to start it.
    Thanks
