Hey guys. Bought the car less then a month ago and love it. Been having a weird issue w/ 4th gear however. It will grind under load (but seems to only do it after it is warmed up). It does it occasionally, but has since been occurring more often. Car has 9,xxx miles. Any ideas?
Take it to the dealership, and let them diagnose and fix it. I'm not blowing you off, but it's under warranty, so use it.

Yeah - new car, slight grinding or grabbing is ok if it is getting better. If it is getting worse or persisting go straight to the dealer.

Update.... Car went in this morning. Got a call in the afternoon and they were pulling the tranny because they " confirmed the noise" . They said hopefully have it back tues or wed.

HEY MAN THANKS FOR THE OFFER. THE TRANNY IS OUT ALREADY SO ILL LE THEM DEAL W/ IT. GOING FORWARD, I MIGHT TAKE YOU UP ON THIS.
so an update, they put a new 3rd and 4th gear set in as well as new fork and new 4th gear synchro. couple other odds and ends but now she feels like a 10,000 mile tranny.
