on the sedans....does the trunk unlock button on the key fob 'pop' the trunk or just unlock it? hatch unlocks it with no pop....

So....if you have a sedan and the trunk pops up while driving, it would seem that either you left it open at last use, popped the trunk from the fob unknowingly, or you might have a gremlin that is sending the trunk pop command (wire short or the like)....I'm betting on the fob, especially if you have a wing, as it might pop the trunk lid, but not rise up due to the added weight of the wing.

I can't imagine the car would let you pop the trunk while it's in motion, although if it does maybe I'll load up my trunk with pennies and use the "deploy countermeasures" functionality the next time someone is tailgating too close!

If it was open before hand I believe the door ajar light on the dashboard comes on. I'm surprised I haven't accidentally bumped the key fob and done it yet though. I accidentally locked my keys in my '08 a week after buying it.

Good thing i hoped back on the site, its been one year today with 16k miles and only after a couple of nasty snow storms, floods, aftershock, nails and tractor-trailer tires. I've only experienced : An issue with the right blinker (quick blinks like if one of the lights where out),3 new tires due to nails on the roads and highways that i travel on and last but not least a new front and rear bumper plus a cracked windshield due to and exploding tractor-trailer tire hitting my car around 70mph ( wish i could put up the pics for ya but my phone got stolen a long time ago). but other than that i still love my baby !

Off topic but i need an opinion its driving me crazy, yellow light bulbs for DRL and fogs or just tint the headlight and fog yellow ? kinda like but i need to know what has worked for anyone who has done one or the other or both
