I got a new slave cylinder for the clutch installed (02' WRX) because the old ones release would vary from time to time making it annoying to drive. Well, I picked my car up and I have the new release point is at the very bottom. It makes it even more annoying to drive and I don't know if this will cause problems down the road. What I am seeing online is that I can adjust it by turning the rod that goes into the master cylinder. The issue I'm having is everyone is saying there is a lock nut, I do not have one. All I have is the threaded rod going a "U" shaped bracket with a pin holding in place. I have also read that this doesn't change release point just the pedal height. The clutch and master cylinder are less than a year old. Any help, ideally I want the engagement right in the middle?
