I have a 2006 Wrx my high beams are not as bright as they should be and also I have one low beam that is dimmer then the other side. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?? Thanks
Okay I will check the voltage at all the sockets and see what they have for power.
Also check that there is no resistance to ground.
For that you would need an ohmeter which is one function of an electrical multimeter. Place one probe on the ground conducter in the headlight bulb socket and the other on the battery negative terminal and see how much resistance there is. It should be close to zero.
