    wrx 2006 stage 1 ots map ... 15.5 psi

I got an 2006 wrx with the stock exhaust system and a cobb sf intake. On cobb map note they said the boost target is set to 13.5 +/- .7 PSI and i read on this thread (Cobb AP: Where are the Maps & What is my target Psi!?) that the target is at 14.7 so I was asking to myself if my turbo is boost creeping if i read 15.5 psi on the 5th gear at about 3000-3500 rpm.

No as boost creep happens at high rpm. You might have had an initial "boost spike" especially if you punch the throttle in 5th. Google "boost creep"
