    Turns over, no start..

Bought a 2003 subaru wrx few days ago with a light front end collision so i got it towed because the radiator was off.

When i bought it, it turned on fine, well he jumped it.. battery was dead.. saw him few weeks ago start it too and know a few freinds who know the guy

I poured 3 gallons of fuel today thinking their was no gas.
I Turn over the key, and it just turns over and doesnt turn on..

    Why wont it start?..

Wiring by battery is cut apart and sodered on and the negative wire thats sodered together is coming apart but still has contact.

is their a magical easy fix that im just retarted and dont know of? lol..

Check all the fuses first and redo the battery terminals.
