    alarm issues

So I just had my car repaired after a pretty bad front end impact (I swear the tree jumped right out in front of me!) and now my alarm basically won't stop going off. I've had to cut the wires to the siren under the dash (red and black) for some peace and quiet but the indicators flash whenever I open doors or finish driving. I have done the alarm reset, the pad takes the code, car starts etc.

I thought it would be a remote battery but i've installed new batteries in both master and spare to no avail. Any ideas would be HUGELY appreciated.
