Unhappy Weird overheating issue 2.0 wrx

Engine will heat up within 5-10 min of driving. I turned the heat on to try to cool it off but it's only warm at idle to 1000 rpms, anything higher than idle pretty much cools off to like 75 degrees and doesn't blow hot until I get to the next stop light.might have a little leak up by the radiator but that shouldn't cause it to overheat.
The long block was rebuilt 3000 miles ago by a reputable shop.....
    Help please

Well if you have a leak from the radiator...then you need to have it replaced.

they probably dinged the radiator on accident putting it in or taking it out and if it is leaking coolant it will overheat
