    I haz problem...cylinder 2 misfire and stalling...guess I'm keeping jetta!

Well when I turned my car on tonight I instantly got a cylinder 2 misfire code. So I was like...that sucks! I Reset ECU and cleared the code...either way I had a 75 mile trip to get home and I really didn't want to watch cruise flash. So...everytime I stopped my car would stall out...cel never came back on and everything else felt normal...any advice? Oh my AP also had PFFFE or some code like that....

Well I am assuming you already read the big sticky at the top about misfires...... I would probably start with checking the coil pack connection and making sure the coil pack is on snug. Also the AP sucks as an OBDII scanner. Use a real OBDII scanner and see what it pulls up. Real scanners will also allow you to see pending codes. Maybe clean the MAF as well for kicks.

That sucks. Plugs been changed recently? Maybe you are running rich on your new tune since you put on that other turbo (you have that deadbolt now?.. or is that somebody else), and its causing your plugs to foul up.

...Did you ever get a read out of your AFRs from that tune anyhow?

I'm not that mechanically adept, but it's worth bringing up that the tune was changed not so long ago.

    No raw fuel smell.

I did read it! Just now...lol...I posted using tapatalk and didn't see the stickies! Thanks though! The only thing that I find odd is that it didn't come back on and I drove damn near 80 miles...but it still stalled today...maybe I should just jack up my rpm via the AP....

Did you check out the plugs at all or if your tune was running really rich with that new turbo? Or just kinda on hold until you have some time to look at it in more detail?

Yeah, it's just on hold for a few weeks. I have no time to be messing around trying to figure out whats wrong with it. I am hoping that when I do go to start it back up everything will be fine...ha! Yeah right!!

Just go through Subaru. That's the only place I've found that carries them, and they're almost always in short order or not in stock, so you may need to wait a while.

So as far as I know, I know where all the vacuum lines are...are there any hidden lines that are not visible from the top? I'm hoping the stalling issue is from a vacuum leak or something...
