So I finally decided to get my CEL checked on my stupid 99 2.slow vw jetta...
B0423
P0140-02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0141-Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Malfunction
I am gonna try to figure out what they mean...the B code said looking in manual which I don't have and the two P codes mentioned something about an oxygen sensor....not sure. Anyone of you VW guys/ladies have any knowledge?

p0140 & p0141 are both bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor codes, no activity & heater circuit failures.
The b-code is a body control module code, but it isn't listed in Mitchell, sorry.

Did some digging, there is a TSB for the b0423 code:\

It is actually a p1176 code, which is also a bank 1 oxygen sensor code...

Hmm...I figured out that I was just going to replace the post cat o2 sensor and go from there! Thanks for finding the info on the B Code!
