I bought a 2002 wrx with a blown transmission and 150,000 miles because i got it for a great price. i recently had everything repaired and put it on the road. i put maybe 2,000 miles on her and i seem to be having a turbo issue. When i first start the car and go through the gears the turbo will spool fine and good power..later on the turbo will start to sputter when trying to spool, and if i try to push on the car a third time the turbo will not spool at all and I loose a massive amount of power. The weird part is if i turn the car off and let it sit, then drive it again, the same process happens all over again. If anyone has had a similar problem or any advise it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
any CEL's? it could be the boost solenoid.

Yeah the check engine light came on, but that was two days after I first noticed the problem..you think it could still be the boost solenoid?

It could be any number of things.. is the car up to date on maintenance? I had a similar problem and after rebuilding the engine, replacing crank and cam position sensors, and cleaning all the grounds, it ended up being a bad coilpack.
