06 WRX making sound like wheel bearing is bad?

My 06 WRX was hit near rear passenger side tire area. Shock tower and wheel itself were bent and damaged pretty bad. Shock tower, wheel and other parts were replaced. My WRX started making sounds like wheel bearing was going bad, I checked all 4 and they were in good shape. Im thinking that the sound might be coming from the rear-end being out of adjustment? or possibly the transmission or transfer case? It is a low humming sound. Any advice is much appreciated.

Could be an alignment problem causing uneven tire wear. Is it a constant humming noise that goes up and down with speed, or is it more of a whirring sound that changes pitch with the rotation of the tire?
