Any help before i give in and go to a shop?

So my 03 WRX has been having some issues for a while now. My full mods list is linked in my signature but whats important is that im stage 2 protuned (Boost Creep Harvey Epstein). A while back i started to notice a lack of power, basically i only hit 15 pounds (tuned for closer to 17-18) and it takes literally until redline to hit full boost. At 3-5k RPM im pretty well stuck at 7 psi. Since my problem started i have replaced my fuel pump with a walbro 255 (my stock one died), my alternator with an STI 90A (stock one died) my intake with an SPT intake (actually before my problem started) and a few smaller bits. The car has also been completely smoked to check for any boost leaks and everything was fixed tightened etc. I also replaced my TD04 with one with 36k on it (my car has 115k). Not a single one of those things have seemed to help it. Stock BCS is clicking properly in test mode and was cleaned with MAF cleaner. MAF sensor has been cleaned, fuel filter replaced, air filter replaced etc. The only oddity i even notice is the turbo inlet (silicone) is a bit squished and not fully open as it is pushed over slightly towards the intake manifold. Other than that the car runs perfectly smooth, no knocks, misfires, rough idle, anything. Its like it is running perfect just extremely slow and low boost. My question is does anyone have any suggestions before i go pay the ridiculous amount shops want to troubleshoot and datalog on the dyno?

All I would suggest is that a smoke machine does a poor job at checking for boost leaks, it won't build enough pressure. you have to pressurize the system as my best guess is you aren't leaking until 7psi or so since that is where it seems to get stuck then builds with engine speed to redline

The shop that checked for leaks does a ton of work on WRX's so i would imagine they pressurized the system but its possible they didnt. I can find that out

Find someone close to you with a Tactrix cable or buy a $10 VAGCOM cable so you can datalog the car.

I was thinking that was a good step. Honestly I have no idea how to interpret any datalogging but could post it up if you tell me what I need to log to be helpful to you?

Got a tactrix today. Plan on getting all the software in the next day or so. When i datalog anything specific you would need to see to pinpoint possible problems? Idle, certain gear pull etc?

log a couple third gear pulls (2k-rl), logging at least boost, target boost, wgdc, load, rpm, and FBKC.

    Datalogging with Romraider:
RomRaider • View topic - How To: Read Data Logs
RomRaider • View topic - How To: Make useful data logs

I would log at a minimum:
    IAM
    FLKC
    FBKC
    RPM
    load
    manifold relative pressure direct
    target boost
    wgdc
    turbo dynamics proportional
    turbo dynamics integral

couldnt figure out how to log actual boost as opposed to target boost but during this pull the max i hit was .07 MPA on my stock boost gauge or about 10psi.

Sorry Donkey, I said BAR for some reason in my Pm to you.

And sorry it has taken me so long to get this posted. Between work and getting ready to leave for Belize I have been swamped...plus RomRaider didnt want to work for me the first 5 times

Manifold relative pressure will be your boost.. I would like to see Knock Correction as well, but I'm no expert at reading logs. I just check mine for knock every once in a while..

Is it just me, or should his WGDC not be 100% at 3k rpm? Mine's around 85% until I get to about 5k, then it gets up to 98-99%.
