    If it were me, I'd sit down with a lawyer and get some legal advise from a professional. At that point you can determine if you want legal representation in the matter.

    If it were me, I would accept nothing less than a new motor or rebuild by a shop of *my* choice. I've seen folks get more for less negligence. You could probably throw in emotional distress if you feel particularly stressed about it. They are obviously giving you the runaround and not the satisfaction you appear to deserve.

    I'm going to talk to some attorneys tomorrow. Maybe one will realize what a no-brainer this is and work out a deal with me. It seems like some easy loot for a lawyer. I just want my car back... right.
