    2011 WRX Bluetooth static

I just purchased a 2011 WRX and love it. I synced my iphone4 and people complain about the call quality. I hear static off and on while on call. I'm so dissappointed that I may have to live with this for years. What can I do????

If you search it's a common problem. I started a thread about it myself. The only things you can do is keep the phone away from the head unit, use the lowest volume you can, speak loud and clear. Or buy an aftermarket set up.

Hmmm I haven't had this problem. I get the occasional hiccup with BT audio streaming. Call quality on the other hand has been fine for me. For what it's worth my phone is an HTC Evo.

Ooh,hang on. That is the throb of a turbocharged flat four engine. A sound which, all over the world, heralds the imminent arrival of a moron - JC.

Not any issues here... sometimes the sunroof being cracked will cause enough noise to make it hard to hear...

Mine works great with iPhone 4 as well, however, I have noticed if I press hard on my rubber case, the music will drop out for a second. I suspect this is a flaw with the iPhone 4.
