Exclamation 2002 WRX side skirt problem- please help

Hey, both side skirts are giving me problems, please help me out.
The black plastic side skirts on my 02 WRX have a little edging Peice on the top of each side, they keep coming off, today my drivers side came half off while on the highway and almost destroyed the edging Peice. Is there any way to fox this or remove the skirts? What is under the skirts? Anyone with any imput please help.
    Pics will be up soon.

i broke a tab on my side skrit this weekend. the small plastic piece came half way off , so i just took it off completely. it was coming off anyways. i think its just to keep dirt out of the side skirt but not needed.

what kinda tail lights do u have? your avatar pic looks interesting..

I don't know, it's not secure to my skirt, just kinda pushed in the top of the skirt.. What's under the skirts?
    I have Euro-style tail lights I believe.

the small peice your talking about came off my passenger side. it was already coming off. inside the skirt..just the body and the plastic insides of the side skirt. it wont hurt anything if u take them off. im gonna take the driver side one off too so it matches.

    whats ur SN on facebook?

weird question..do u have bell dsl? i work for their call center here in the states eh lol

I ran into this problem a few times. I ended up putting a tiny dab or two of super glue on the inside of it. just be very careful not to get it anywhere on the paint you dont want it to go.... has held for me for months.
