nicked a Curb, ripped off my driver side RA

Well, the title says it all. Backed out ever so slowly, but apparently the angle was right to where after I put it in 1st, it ripped the flap completely out of its bracket. Now i've got a small hole in the bumper, a torn urethane flap, and a bent bracket. Looks like crap and I'm wondering if there's any way to fix this. Sh***y way to start a Friday morning.

rallylights.com sells single urethane flaps for $20.94 or so. They come in black or red and you just trim and punch holes where you need. Use the old flap as a template and bend the bracket back with some heat or you could probably make one pretty cheap out of aluminum or steel available at homedepot.
