    Prepping for 60k maintenance

Hey all, I just hit 60k miles two weeks ago and I'm doing all the research for what i need to do. As of right now I'm going to do:

    1. Drive belt(I think there's only the alternator/power steering belt. correct me if i'm wrong please.)
    2. Fuel filter
    3. Spark plugs
    4. Oil & Filter
    5. Brake Pads & Fluid

Basically all i'm really asking from everyone is to maybe fill me in with some recommended parts, part #'s, tips, other things that might be good to service, etc. I've found all the DIY info i needed, the only thing that seems to be a pain is probably the plugs.

Thank you for any information! It's much appreciated.

The parts needed are listed in the owner's manual. I do not think the belts are listed. If you do decide to change them, use authentic belts. The fuel filter may not be listed for your year.

Thanks for the file! I printed out one that i found earlier and it's definitely a little different on some of the I & R's. Including the belts that newkid mentioned. Probably because it's a general 2000-2009 schedule.

Ya, i knew that lol i meant where to buy one. I've looked all over and one website will say $60 and another will say $20. Which one is the right one? I'm confused on that part.

Haha! post link or pics, that'll help a lot. I would get one from Subaru, you might pay a little more but you know it's a quality product

Call up your local dealership, and ask for a P/N and price for the OE fuel filter. Shouldn't be too expensive. I'm pretty sure the Walbro "install kit" (which includes a filter) is an additional $20

Usually driveline fluids are included in a 60K .. but check your manual to make sure. They are for my 2010.
