Rear window decier not working, need guidance PLEASE

Hey guys. So as timing would have it, my rear window deicer has decided to stop working. Prefect timing for the cold weather I've been having...Anyways, so the deicer in my rear window does not work whatsoever (2004 WRX Premium). The switch lights up, and I hear the relay clicking off and on when I push it. Also checked all relevant fuses and they are all fine..so what exactly would be my next step? What did I forget to check? Also, my rear defroster doesn't really work either, but I know they are notorious for being useless. Any fixes for that while I'm back there? Thanks

You need to check continuity for the actual defroster.
