TSB question for clutch clutter

I have a 2003 WRX Sonic Yellow wagon with 135k miles on it. Believe it or not it is completely stock. Bought from an elderly couple used for their travels. Anyway, I am experiencing the infamous clutch clutter that I believe a certain TSB covers. Does anyone know where I can get the TSB # to present to my dealer and see if they will replace the clutch or help with the costs. Thank you for any help.

At 135k miles, I'd be surprised if the clutch disc wasn't just on its way out. That's a long, full life for a clutch.

It applied to all 2002 models and only SOME 2003 models. Given the mileage though, I would be surprised if they do anything with it, but good luck!
