    If they are not flashing they are not the hazard lights, they are the parking lights. There is a switch on the top of the steering column. Make sure that switch is off.

    No they are flashing but they won't turn off when I flip the hazard light switch

    No mods at all. I do live in Seattle now and of course it has been raining a lot so maybe some wires got wet?

    Okay I took out the fuse and the hazard lights stopped. I guess ill leave like that till I take it into the shop.

    Just get another hazard light switch. 10-1 the internals of the switch have gone bad.
    I'd try that first before paying labor to have them do the same thing.
