need advice, Tommorow = Oil change for me.

So basically tomorrow I'm going to change the oil in my car, but I don't know what kind.
Since I purchased this car used I do not know what oil the previous owner used so my first time I just used regular oil. So I need some advice on what oil would be good synthetic (probably this) or regular.

BTW, my car has 145K miles and for now it is stock.
