my exhaust is flopping around everywhere

just got my car two days ago. has hks hi power exhaust. thought i had a serious problem because there was some serious knocking going on below my car, but a little looking around and i figured out it was just the pipe hitting my rear dif and possible a part of the rear subframe. i repositioned it and all the clunking went away. for a day, now its back. how to i keep this exhaust from moving around in the hangers? thanks for your help!

Stock hangers? If so, look into poly ones (e.g., Kartboy).

Are all of the hangers installed? Especially the ones that prevent horizontal movement.

If all the hangers are installed (there should be 4 I believe) and it's still banging, than get some Kartboy hangers.

If that doesn't work.. What I did was I got those skinny metal strips with holes that people use for mounting heating ducts and those things.. I'm nit sure how to describe it.. But I attatched that to the mounting bracket on the exhaust and stretched it over to under the rest bumper.. I haven't heard a noise in a month now =) cosy me like $3
