    Red face check engine light

Im a new member on the site, and was wondering if anyone who has an 05 STI has had any problems with the check engine lite coming on. The car has only 20,230miles, and the lite comes on WITH the cruise lite blinking. I had it back for service, and it was reset with the mechanic saying there was no problems with it. Its a totally stock car, and it doesnt run any different when its on. . .any help on this subject?

cant really help unless we know what code it is.

get an obdII scanner or bring it to a local autozone/discount/etc & they should be able to read the code for free.
