Hybrid help?!

So here's the story,
I made a post a wile back about a rod knock, so I bought the car right before I got my licence reinstated. I drove the car for 2 days developed a knock found out it was a spun bearing tore the motor out bought a suposivly rebuilt 2.0 and it was fine untill 280 miles then it totally lost a rod bearing... (still fighting with attourny's with the replacement warrenty) I bought a brand new 2.5 sti Block from Subaru replaced everything that had to do with oil and installed... Won't start. It tries to start first turn then nothing.I have no idea what to do .. It's getting spark and has half tank of gas.

New oil pump
new oil cooler
new turbo
new head gaskets
gates timing belt
new oem timing kit
new cams (because of metal shavings grooving)

any suggestions ?? Next step is sledge hammer then a pound of c4...

Need a little more info... so you have the 2.0 heads and the new 2.5 block? With the new cams I am assuming you adjusted the valves or at least checked the valve clearances? Are you 100% sure the timing belt is installed properly? What happens when you try to turn the car over? It just cranks? Do you hear the fuel pump turning on when you turn the key? Are there any codes in the ECU?

So wait... did you even remachine the heads or add a head spacer? Do you even have any idea what your CR is? What internals are you using?

I'm asking a lot of questions because you haven't specified much in the way of information...

Sorry guys,
heads were machined flat, as my tuners request I'm using sti 2.5 head gaskets , I measured valve lash only had to change one shim. If I'm not mistaken intake Was .008 and exhaust was .010 and fuel pump buzzez then kicks off when pressured.

Also car hits on first turn like it wants to fire then just turns. I did timing to subaru specs . Double lines together etc..

Got it running!!
It was a missing tooth off the back of crank gear. Started first turn after replacing it.

Wow, glad to hear it was something simple, Ive had people actually put the wrong cam sprockets on the D/S intake cam so there is no reluctor for the cam sensor, and the thing doesnt start haha....
